Secure Payment
Your data is transmitted in encrypted form using an online SSL Security Certificate. For Visa and Mastercard payments, only CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be accepted. Once the card is verified as part of the CES system, the system will contact the issuing bank for purchase authorization. If the bank confirms authenticity, the charge will be processed. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Cash on delivery
- Aplázame (only for customers with a Spanish DNI): Financing through an external financial entity
Please note that for card payments, the financial institution processes the charge through its own platform. Therefore, for any errors, you should contact them directly.
Below are common reasons why your card may be declined:
- The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.
- The card limit may have been reached. Contact your bank.
- Some information may be incorrect. Ensure that all required fields are filled in correctly.
Payment Terms
Depending on the payment method selected, additional charges may apply:
- Visa/Mastercard: No additional fees.
- Cash on delivery: €15 (available only for Spain and Portugal).
- Aplázame: Available only for customers with a Spanish card and DNI.
By choosing Aplázame, the user agrees that all their personal data will be fully transferred to Aplázame from the moment they initiate the deferred payment service offered by Aplázame when selecting this payment method. This acceptance extends to third parties who may need access to the files for the successful completion of the contract.
Financing costs and approval are subject to APLAZAME (a company not affiliated with Biwbik).
