Shipping is available to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Portugal, and Sweden.
Shipping is not available to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

RETURNS:

To initiate a return process, you must submit your request through the contact page on the website or via email at info@biwbik.com.

The buyer must return the products unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

The buyer must cover the shipping costs to the Biwbik warehouses:

As soon as we receive the returned goods, they will be inspected. If everything is in order, a refund will be issued for the transaction amount minus 20%, which covers shipping, packaging, and depreciation of a new product that has been opened. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the buyer and may take up to 30 days due to administrative procedures.

Returns are not accepted for items that have been subject to any kind of promotion or discount.

Exchanges of one item for another are not accepted.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you may return them within 15 calendar days without providing any reason, provided that the product has not been unpacked or handled and retains its original seals.
