Warranty
3 years for bicycles

BIWBIK guarantees its products for three years from the date of purchase (purchases made from January 1, 2022). Any defect in materials and/or resulting from the manufacturing process of the device is covered by our warranty, including replacement, repair, or exchange of the product and/or components at no cost to the customer, including labor and transportation expenses related to fulfilling this warranty.

In compliance with the Warranty Law, BIWBIK commits to replacing the product, or delivering the repaired product, within a maximum of 30 working days from the receipt of the defective product at our facilities. If there is a delay in service due to force majeure, BIWBIK is exempt from any responsibility. To make the warranty valid, the original purchase invoice is required.

The legal warranties will not apply, or will apply only partially, to the repair of any damage resulting from an external cause to the device (for example, accident, impact, scratches, tire punctures, power issues, etc.), or from improper handling by the customer (for example, use or installation not in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, use detrimental to the proper functioning of the device, use for commercial or collective purposes, use of incompatible peripherals, accessories or consumables, modification of factory display settings, etc.).

WHEN IS THE WARRANTY VOID?

• When the original invoice data shows signs of being deliberately altered.
• When defects of the item and/or malfunction are due to incorrect usage, not following the attached instructions.
• When the item shows clear signs of usage beyond its intended capacity, as well as obvious damage such as impacts, or breakages caused by liquids or corrosive substances, or any other anomaly attributable to the consumer.
• When the product has been disassembled, modified, or repaired by unauthorized persons.
• When, due to normal use, any of its parts show wear typical of usage.

No other written or verbal warranty will be honored by BIWBIK other than the one stated here.
