The data is transmitted in an encrypted form by means of an online SSL Security Certificate. Only CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be accepted for payment with Visa and Mastercard. After verifying that the card is attached to the CES system, the system will contact the bank that issued it so that the buyer authorizes the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the card will be charged. Otherwise the order will be canceled.

We have the following means of payment:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Cash on delivery
- Aplázame (only for clients with Spanish ID): Financing with external financial entity
Keep in mind that with the card payment it is the financial institution that makes the payment from its own platform, so in the event of any error, you should contact them directly.
By way of information we list the frequent causes in case your card is rejected:
- The card could be expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date.
- The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank.
- Some data entered may be incorrect. Check that you have correctly completed all the required fields.
Payment conditions
Depending on the payment method used, it may carry an additional surcharge:
Visa / Mastercard: no fees.
Cash on delivery: € 15 (only available for Spain and Portugal)
Aplázame: Only for customers who have a Spanish card and ID. The user accepts that all their personal data are fully transferred to Aplázame from the moment the user has started contracting the deferred payment service offered by the latter at the time of choosing the payment method. This acceptance is extended to third parties that had to access the files for the successful conclusion of the contract. The financing and approval costs will be subject to APLAZAME (company not related to Biwbik). Example of financing with APLAZAME for a basket of € 1,000.00 for 12 months and that begins to pay 20 days after the request. An entry of € 85.63 is requested that the user must pay through his card at the time he performs the operation. The amount to be financed is the difference between the value of the basket and the ticket: € 914.37. 12 monthly payments of € 85.63 are requested. Opening commission: € 0.00. TIN: 22.11% APR: 24.5%.
