Shipments are made to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Portugal and Sweden.
No shipments are made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

RETURNS:

The buyer must return the products without having been used, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

As soon as we receive the returned material, we will proceed to check it. If everything is correct, a refund of the transaction amount will be ordered, minus 20% for shipping, packaging and devaluation costs of a new product that has been opened. The payments will be made by the same means of payment that the buyer has used and will be made within a maximum period of 30 days for administrative procedures.
Returns of items to which any type of promotion or price reduction has been applied are not allowed.
Exchanges of one item in the store for another are not accepted.

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you can return the products that have been delivered within a period of 15 calendar days, without having to offer any reason, as long as the product has not been unpacked or tampered with and keep their original seals.
