Je recommande +++ n’hésitez pas à acheter votre vélo chez Biwbik. J’ai eu quelques soucis électroniques entre autre liés à l’usure comme pour tout velo utilisé régulièrement ( trajet journalier domicile-travail 15km) Aucune enseigne n’a souhaité m’aider pour le diagnostic électronique puisque chacun s’occupe de sa marque. J’ai donc contacté Biwbik en Espagne, José a été très réactif, professionnel, très disponible depuis plusieurs semaines par mail et par tél. Un accompagnement personnalisé digne d’un très bon service après vente ++++++ Il m’a proposé de lui envoyer le vélo en Espagne pour seulement 78e aller retour ! Réparation rapide au top, je suis ravie d’avoir enfin mon vélo fonctionnel de nouveau ! Vous pouvez vraiment leur faire confiance ? ? Sonia (utilisatrice du vélo Biwbik gante depuis 3ans )
