après avoir acheté en début de mois le modèle blanc, me voici avec le modèle noir :) tout aussi joli. Expédition une fois de plus au top (5 jours). J'ai pu tester ce vélo dans mes routes de montagnes et il est parfait. En terrain caillouteux, il passe également. bref que du plaisir une question et la réponse arrive au maximum le lendemain. un SAV au top UN GRAND BRAVO
J'ai reçu le vélo 5 jours après la commande. Super! Avec ce vélo les montées ne sont plus un problème pour moi J'ai posé une question par mail et obtenu une réponse 2 heures après. Top! Une autre question sur le fonctionnement de la poignée des gaz qui est vraiment super m'expliquant super bien ce qu'il fallait faire. Voilà ce que j'appelle du suivi client. Excellent produit de très bonne qualité et surtout une entreprise très compétente et du personnel très pro et à l’écoute et réactif au moindre problème, j’ai acheter deux vélos et j’ai eu un petit soucis sur un modèle mais j’ai eu une réactivité exceptionnelle pour me satisfaire. Une entreprise à recommander sans hésitation ( beaucoup d’entreprise ne france devrait prendre exemple sur biwbik!!!! Un grand merci encore
